We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.

1. All RMA requests are subject to approval by FeraDyne Outdoors.

2. All RMA requests for Rage, Trufire, and Targets must include a photo of the product.

3. Shipping expenses will be incurred by the customer; FeraDyne Outdoors will cover the return shipping cost of the item(s) being returned to you.

4. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. Do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive an e-mail notification when your RMA Request has been approved. You can also log in to our system at any time to check the status of your request.

5. An RMA approval does not guarantee that the product is covered under warranty. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

6. All repairs, refunds, and replacements will be determined by FeraDyne Outdoors. If the item is under warranty and a repair is not possible, a replacement product will be sent. The original item will not be returned unless requested.

7. When you have received an RMA Number, log in to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip.

8. You can monitor the status of your return 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into our website.
