1. Please review all brand warranty policies carefully.

2. All requests for repairs, replacements, and/or refunds are subject to approval by FeraDyne Outdoors.

3. An RMA approval does not guarantee that the product is covered by warranty. All returns are subject to inspection and/or approval upon
delivery to FeraDyne Outdoors.

4. Shipping costs to FeraDyne Outdoors are the responsibility of the customer. FeraDyne Outdoors will cover costs to ship a repaired or
replacement product back to you unless otherwise noted.

5. Most claims will require a photo of the product(s) being returned. Claims submitted without photos will be rejected and must be resubmitted.

6. All discontinued products will require a copy of the original sales receipt. DO NOT send the receipt with the product; it must be included as a
digital attachment with your RMA.

7. If you are unable to find a product on our website, the product has been discontinued.

8. All RMA requests and open cases are processed during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8-5 CST. Requests will not be processed if
offices are closed due to weather or national holidays.
