We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.

1. If a product has been discontinued, it is no longer covered by warranty and will not be accepted for repair or replacement. If a
product cannot be found on the brand website, it has been discontinued.

2. All repairs, replacements, and refunds will be determined by FeraDyne Outdoors. All requests are subject to approval by
FeraDyne Outdoors.

3. Any product(s) returned without an RMa number will not be accepted. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days.
Do not send your product(s) until you have received an RMA number.

4. All Rage, TruFire, and target requests must include a photo of the product(s).

5. Shipping expenses will be incurred by the customer. FeraDyne Outdoors will cover the return shipping cost of the product(s)
being returned to you.

6. An RMA approval does not guarantee that the product is covered by warranty. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

7. If the item is under warranty and a repair is not possible, a replacement product will be sent. The original product will not be

8. A copy of the original sales receipt is required for all refund requests. Do NOT send the receipt with the product; it must be
included as a digital attachment with your RMA request.


All crossbow warranties are subject to inspection. If it is deemed that your crossbow repair is not covered by the manufacturer warranty, it will be returned to you. Warranty periods will be determined by the date code on the crossbow limbs. If your warranty request is past the date code on the limbs, or if a date code is not present, a receipt will be required for warranty verification.

The following is not covered by the manufacturer warranty:

• Damage cause by dry firing
• Damage caused by abuse or neglect
• The crossbow or any of its parts are altered from their original state
• Strings
• Cables
• Retention springs
